The mission
As a product designer, I was responsible for redesigning the workflow of LadiSales and proceed with high-fidelity wireframes.
Design challenges
1. Complex usability: The previous LadiFlow 3.0 was notorious for their steep learning curve and usability issues.
2. Lack of Customizable Options: The platform offered limited tools to tailor the checkout page’s user interface. Merchants struggled to align the design with their brand identity, reducing the platform’s appeal.
Research
The first step is to analyze current information architecture and engage with optimization, ensuring that LadiSales's sitemap is intuitive for merchant navigation.
Redefine information architecture
The old process forced users to jump between menus—configuring payment settings, designing the UI, and managing integrations separately. I have crafted a new information architecture that helps users navigate between modules with ease
Wireflow & early testing
To make sure the new information architecture fit in with user mental model, I created a quick wireflow and present to merchants using LadiSales to see how they interact with it.
UI&UX Design
We developed comprehensive wireframes as a guide for the product, capturing all functional elements and features for each screen to streamline the design process.
I - Checkout Page Builder
We built a checkout page builder to allow merchants to setup content (product blocks, form fields, etc...) and payment settings for the their checkout page.
II - Product & Review Management
We also provided a product management feature so that users can either import their product data or intergrate from other ecommerce platforms such as Haravan, Shopify,... to use on checkout pages.
Analyze Impact
To estimate impact of design changes, we monitored user activity on LadiSales with Hotjar and keep on daily check with support team.
